The main cast of tvN's upcoming drama 'Flower Grandpas Squad' gathered for the first time for their script reading on April 2 in CJ E&M Center.

Among the cast that are present are veteran actors Lee Sun Jae, Byun Hee Bong, Jang Gwang, and Super Junior Heechul. It is reported that in their first meeting, the actors already set good rapport as they laugh and interact with each other.

The upcoming comedy drama "Flower Grandpas Squad" is a drama adaptation of popular variety show "Grandpas Over Flowers" and depicts a story of an elite detective played by Heechul who will work alongside grandpas who are in their 70s and expected to give charismatic and humor to the viewers with its unusual set of characters and body-swapped scenario.

"Flower Grandpas Squad" is going to premiere in April following 'Let's Eat'.
