As Super Junior Shindong stated his departure from MBC Shimshimtapa which he has been DJ-ing for 6 years, the curiosity on who will be his successor is rising.
Talk of the town reveals singer Jung Joon Young as the best candidate. In fact, the Superstar K4 singer is already receiving positive remarks from the radio staff. MBC officials commented, "We received positive proposals for Jung Joon Young to be the new DJ." and "Jung Joon Young has a new album to be released and yet we are still considering him positively while coordinating with his schedule."
Moreover, Shindong has mentioned that he is a fan of Jung Joon Young. The latter even revealed a Kakaotalk conversation with the Super Junior member showing their closeness.
Jung Joon Young has already experienced DJ-ing as he worked on MBC radio program FM4U "Close Friend" with Roy Kim from May to September last year. He has also appeared in various TV shows like KBS2's "Immortal Song-Singing the Legend", "Happy Together","MBC Radio Star","We Got Married", and "KBS' 2 Nights and 1 Day".
