Kris and SM Entertainment end mediation without reaching any agreement

Kris and SM Entertainment were reported to enter mediation at Seoul Central District Court on July 8th but both sides ended it without reaching mutual agreement.
The mediation was held to cover Kris's lawsuit against SM Entertainment to terminate his contract and was proceeded with legal representatives from both sides. About Kris, since he's currently fiming for his movie so he didn't attend the session.
The session started at 3:20pm kst and lasted for 30 minutes. It resulted in both parties strongly held on to their own stances and finally failed to reach their conclusion. Both SM Entertainment and Kris's side refused to disclose any specific details about the process and it was said that the next date for another discussion will be revealed soon.
