FT Island's Jonghoon has been confirmed to play as the lead role in jTBC's upcoming drama 'Heroes'.

According to FNC Entertainment, Jonghoon will play as Choi Hee Yeol who studied in the United States and has a high-spirited personality and also holds a leadership qualification with him.

Jonghoon is the leader and the guitarist of FT Island who has received much love from many people for his gentle image. Since this will be his first time playing a lead role in a drama so many fans are very looking forward to his appearance.

'Heroes' will have a total of 24 episodes and its story will depict the lives of youths in their 20s. The drama is scheduled to be broadcasted this November.
