Following the report about B.A.P's lawsuit against TS Entertainment to nullify their contract, the company has come out with an official statement on the issue.

TS Entertainment stated,"For all this while, we have always supported various activities of our artist B.A.P and did our best to achieve a common goal. As it was announced on October 28th, we had minimized all B.A.P's official schedules for them to take a rest as our priority by puting the safety of our artist first was made through mutual understanding. While being in the midst of discussing about the group' future activities with the artist's agreement, we learned about this sudden lawsuit through news articles".

They continued,"Currently TS Entertainment is looking for the specific details of the matter. However, there are no issues such as 'unfair contract conditions' or 'slave contracts' which were reported at all. We are sure that there hasn't been any one-sided or unfair treatment towards our artists"

"We will be taking steps to confirm the current situation as soon as possible and will continue handle it officially. Once again we want to sincerely apologize for causing you concern to everyone who love TS Entertainment and its artists. Thank you".
