Prosecutors at the Suwon District Prosecution Office have demanded to sentence Ladies' Code's manager to 2 years and 6 months for the cause of the tragic car accident which led to the death of members EunB and RiSe.

During the trial which was held earlier today, Mr.Park acknowledged the charges against him while also claimed,"Immediately after the accident, I tried my best by taking all the rescue measures including calling 119 directly. I've been deeply regretting over the fault of my judgement at the time and I'm reflecting over that one moment. I sincerely apologize to everyone including the bereaved families and the fans who have received a great shock because of this accident. Please give me the opportunity to live a life as I work harder".

He also explained about his speeding,"I was unfamiliar to the vehicle in the accident as I received it only one day before the accident. The members seemed tired after completing their schedule that day so I tried to take them back to the dorm as quick as possible, which led to a horrible consequences".

The final trial of this case will be held next year on January 15th at 2pm kst.
