Kim Jong Kook talked about his popularity in China in a recent interview on SBS's 'Midnight TV Entertainment'.
During the broadcast of the show on December 17th, Kim Jong Kook talked about how he has received much popularity thanks to 'Running Man',"Even when I have my sunglasses and mask on, the fans will still recognize me.","Even at the airport, the amount of fans waiting there are like at a fansign".
He continued,"I guested in 'Hurry Up! Brother'(the name of 'Running Man' Chinese version) and even appeared in its theater version. It's hard to believe but I have received a lot of movie and dramas offers in China after that", he shyly confessed.
The show also revealed that Kim Jong Kook's advertising revenue in China has reached 30 billion won, proving how 'Running Man' has created a big impact on his popularity in the country.
