IU and Girls' Generation are the two top '2014 Singer of the Year' artists by Gallup Korea.

A total of 2774 people who aged 13 years old and older were participated in a survey done by Gallup Korea from last October to November. They were asked to chose their top 3 favourite Korean singers and IU was voted as #1 with 12.9% of the total votes.

Girls' Generation came out in 2nd place with 12.4% of the total votes. In particular, the group was voted as the most favourite artist for 3 consecutive years from 2009 to 2011. Even though they dropped to #5 last year but thanks to their 'Mr.Mr' comeback, they has risen to #2 this year.

The remaining positions in the top 20 include Sistar(10.5%), EXO(9.4%), Lee Sun Hee, Girl's Day, Lee Seung Chul, Cho Yong Pil, B2ST, Jang Yoon Jung, Ailee, A Pink, Big Bang, Kim Dong Ryul, Seo Taiji, Kim Bum Soo, Sung Si Kyung, g.o.d, Tae Jin Ah, Hong Jin Young.
