BESTie Dahye is promoting the use of yoga to girl groups and today, she releases her book 'Girl Group Yoga with Dahye'.

The book launching event takes place at KS Building in Seoul′s Daechi-dong wherein Dahye encourages not only female idols but also young women to use yoga in keeping their body fit and healthy. She also demonstrates impressive yoga moves which were photographed by the media. Fellow BESTie members also attend to support her book release.
