The much-anticipated LEGO Movie hasn't even premiered yet, but Warner Bros. is already preparing its sequel!

The Wrap reports that Jared Stern, who wrote The Internship and Mr. Popper's Penguins, has been hired to pen the LEGO sequel. The LEGO Movie has already been deemed a success, and a large part of the film's charm is due to its directors and screenplay writers Phil Lord and Christopher Miller.

But alas, none of this is confirmed, so we'll just have to wait and see how it pans out. For now, here's the trailer for the first LEGO Movie if you missed it:
