If you are feeling depleted, overwhelmed, stressed-out, frumpy, tired, bored or lethargic, you've probably "lost your mojo". And by mojo, we mean the desire, passion, or motivation in life which makes us look forward to the future.
Of course, feeling uncertain about the future is scary. Here's the thing though: Everyone will experience these feelings at some point in
their life. EVERYONE. Even the best laid future plans can go awry, get you off track which can leave you feeling more than
a little disorientated about where your life is going.
Regardless of the trigger, the worse thing you can really do is to let it keep you down. Once you fully accept that fact, it will become easier to move forward to the next step, which is to just get back out there and live your best life!
