"Worst Twerk Fail EVER" star is a stunt woman whose real name is Daphne Avalon, according to Jimmy Kimmel.
"We made it up. ... We shot that video two months ago," he said on Jimmy Kimmel Live (watch above). "We didn't send it to any TV stations, I didn't tweet it, we didn't put it on any news websites. We just put it on YouTube and let the magic happen, and the magic happened.
The video was released days after Miley Cyrus' twerking MTV performance. In the video, the girl twerking accidentally gets her yoga pants on fire when someone accidentally opens the door.
