Litter is a problem anywhere you go. So how do you stop people from doing so? Ogilvy & Mather came up with an idea to take the anonymity out of littering. They did so by tracing the DNA of the litterers.

They started off by collecting garbage on the streets of Hong Kong, and then analyzed their DNA samples.

They used a process called DNA phenotyping to get an approximate image of the litterer.

And the modeled facial images are printed on posters and hung up all around the city.

Maybe, just throw it in a bin the next time?
