"I need a vacation after my vacation". Sounds familiar? It turns out, you're not alone. Vacationing can be stressful.

In fact, studies have shown a trip can leave you worse off than if you didn't take one in the first place. Productivity and ideas blog the 99u suggests scaling back and adding flexibility:
[A] study from Radboud University found that effective vacations give you the choice and freedom to choose what you want to do. That means two things: Try to avoid structuring your vacation around an unbreakable schedule, and plan on going somewhere that has multiple options to pick from depending on the weather, your level of energy, or your budget.
The study suggests taking breaks every 3-6 months, nad if you can't take week long vacations, take shorter ones. Forcing your time into one big chunk puts the pressure of having fun and relaxing without actually doing any of that.

So where shall we go next?
