One of UK's most-read news sites is now facing the wrath of a soft-core porn actress, after they used an image of her without her permission for an article about HIV.

The August 22 article was about the porn industry shutting down in response to reports about U.S. porn stars testing positive for HIV. But instead of using an appropriate photo, they decided to go with soft-core webcam entrepreneur Danni Ashe's picture.

And now Ashe is suing Daily Mail’s parent company, Associated Newspapers Ltd., for $3 million, citing defamation. The original report has since replaced the photo with a blurry stock image of some lingerie-clad female.

Guess they finally learned that it's not cool to accuse random people of having HIV.
