A Reddit thread showed off a growing trend in Asia. It's called Mouth corner lift surgery. The picture you see above is the before picture.

The process involves tiny incisions in the corners of the lips to raise the sides of the mouth.

A photo posted by Reddit user anthissomesh*t, shows a woman with very pronounced, mouth curls. The video produced by Aone Plastic Surgery in South Korea is called "Smile Lipt" because it combines lip and lift. It's meant to make people look like they are smiling without smiling. In other words, it's Batman's Joker's surgery.
