We're not sure what Amy L Beaver is trying to school us on but we can hear, loud and clear, that she is trying to say that fat is awesome.

We can't tell if she's being serious or if she's making fun of fat people (and we hope she isn't making fun of bigger women), but the video is somewhat hilarious, because she looks kinda whack.
