Eight models have been arrested in a new Iranian crack down targeting 'Un-Islamic acts.' The police are using the Instagram accounts of these women to make the arrests. It includes 58 models, 59 photographers, and makeup artists. The reason for it: they are calling posing without a headscarf 'pornography.'

Iranian women have skirted the law over the years by wearing the scarf loosely on their head.

Conservatives in the country aren't too please. The police chief, Gen. Hossein Sajedinia announced that his department has deployed 7,000 male and female officers to go undercover to make arrests.

In 2014, police arrested a group of women for posting a video online of themselves dancing to Pharrell's "Happy." They received 6 months jail and 91 lashes.

The women are beautiful, but if they want to show off their beauty, they had better not do so publicly.

Or else they'll face arrest.

Women's rights have a long way to go there.
