SAOTA collaborated with OKHA Interiors to complete this striking duplex apartment located in the De Waterkant neighborhood in Cape Town, South Africa.
The clients wanted to represent modern, urban Africa and the new scheme displays a strong emphasis on rhythm, geometric forms and graphic elements. This imposing SAOTA apartment exhibits a minimalist scheme enhanced by a well defined personality:
“The interior needed to be a place of calm and serenity, therefore less is more was the rule but still allowing for personal expression and individuality to have its place”, explained the designers.
