Leave it to Mother Nature to keep coming up with creative ways to mess with our brains. What you are looking at is a G tridens fruit fly, which has somehow evolved to have what looks like pictures of ants on its wings.

Dr Brigitte Howarth of Zayed University was the first to discover G tridens in the UAE. The fly flashes it wings back and forth, making it seem as if the ants are moving around. This movement apparently is meant to confuse its predators.

While other flies in its family of 5,000 species also possess markings on its wings, this particular design obviously stands out for being so intricate and so specific.
