Google will be rolling out some new ads today. Chances are, you might not want your face in there. There's a way to turn that off.

Google recently updated its Terms of Service. They focused on displaying your profile name and photo next to advertisements and reviews. The new feature goes into effect on November 11 and is called Shared Endorsements. It will allow you to share your recommendations with your connections.

But if you don't want any of that, Google has made it very simple to opt out of Shared Endorsements. Here's how:

Step 1: Go To Your Settings

Go to the Shared Endorsements setting page. You can go to Google Plus and click "Settings" in the toolbar on the left. Next to "Shared Endorsements," click "Edit."

Step 2: Uncheck The Box

Scroll down and uncheck the box. Once it is unchecked, click "Save." And you're done!
