Self parking technology is already here. There are automakers that automated parallel parking. But how about getting your car to automatically valet park it for you? The whole idea saves you time from finding a spot!

The idea Honda has is to pair automatic parking with surveillance cams. A networking system that detects where the car is dropped off and the location of available spaces could improve the way customers park and receive their cars. When a driver exits, the system takes over via drive-by-wire throttle, allowing network control of steering and braking to guide the car into an open space. Parking spots are found through the overhead surveillance cameras. The car's camera helps with detecting parking lines so it won't crash into unidentified objects.
