This is an algaculture symbiosis suit designed by Michael Burton and Michiko Nitta. It is designed to make food for you as you go about your daily routine, and it's got a number of tubes coming out of your mouth to harness the CO2 you breathe and feed it with to an ever growing population of algae which lives in the suit.

The suit debuted at a recent event at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.

Art aside, could this solve our problem to the shortage of food? Since, algae is closer to our daily food supply. Sushi, ice cream and milkshakes all routinely include one form of algae or another anyway. Check out another picture below:
