London’s transit corporation released information about bus and train departures to the public. Now eager developers could use that data to build better transit apps. Of course, with that, there's also creative projects like this one, which is kinda cool to look at. It lets users navigate through a 3D model of the London tube.

Edward Tufte gave a shoutout to the experiment by London developer Bruno Imbrizi. He built the interactive model using a combination of datasets, which included the newly released departure information as well as design data about tube depth and location.
