Ingredients:
You need 1 tbsp vegetable oil.
You need 1 onion, finely sliced.
You need 1 garlic clove.
You need 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips.
You need 2 tbsp chipotle paste.
You need 400g can chopped tomatoes.
You need 400g can black beans, drained.
You need 4 large corn or flour tortilla wraps.
You need ½ avocado, stoned, peeled and sliced.
You need ½ Baby Gem lettuce, shredded.
You need 1 lime, halved.

Method
Warm the oil in a frying pan over low-medium heat. Stir in the onion and fry for 10 mins until softened—Squash in the garlic and mix for 1 min before adding the chicken. Turn up the heat and brownish the chicken all over. Spoon over the chipotle and mix to coat for 1 min. Spill in the tomatoes and return to the boil. Season well and decrease the heat to a moderate simmer.
Cook for 5-6 mins or till the chicken is warmed through and any excess water has dried. Stir the seeds through until warm, then transfer from the heat.  
Split the mix between the wraps, top with the avocado and shredded lettuce, and press over the lime. Roll up and slice in half.

Method

Warm the oil in a non-stick frying pan then cook the parts for a few mins, while you cook the wraps following the application directions or if you have a gas hob, heat them over the flame to lightly roast them. Do not let them drain out, or they doubt to roll.
Squash half an avocado onto the individual wrap, combine the peppers to the container to warm them through then stack onto the wraps with the chicken-style pieces and spray over the coriander. Roll up, split in half and have with your fingers.

You need 150g sweet potato, peeled and roughly cubed.
You need 200g can peel plum tomatoes.

You need 50g baby spinach leaves.
You need 1 tbsp chopped, fresh coriander.
You need 2 traditional chapatis (Indian flatbreads).

Method
Cook the sweet potatoes in a container of boiling water for 10-12 minutes until tender. Meantime, put the tomatoes, chickpeas, chilli flakes and curry paste in a different pan and cook lightly for about 5 minutes.
Preheat the grill. Drain the sweet potatoes and combine to the tomato mixture. Mix in the spinach and simmer for a minute until just beginning to wilt. Mix in the coriander, season to enjoy and stay hot.
Sprinkle the chapatis with little water and grill for 20-30 seconds each side. Spoon on the mixture, top with yoghurt and close in half to serve.

Meanwhile, combine the potatoes and ½ tbsp curry powder to a pan of simmering salted water. Cook for 6-8 mins until just tender. Drain, reserving 100ml of the liquid. Combine the drained potatoes and keep liquid to the tomato sauce along with the mango chutney. Heat through.
Meanwhile, blend together the yogurt and mint sauce, and warm the chapattis.
To serve, spoon some of the potatoes onto a chapati and top with a few sprigs of coriander. Sprinkle with the minted yogurt relish, combining extra mango chutney if you want, then roll up and eat.
