JTBC News reports that JYJ's Park Yoo Chun, who is currently serving the army is accused of sexual assault but C-Jes Entertainment immediately denied the report.

According to JTBC News,a woman in her 20s filed charges against Park Yoo Chun on 10th for sexual assault but Yoochun's agency refuted and stated that the woman is only aiming for the money.

According to the woman's representative, on June 3rd, Park Yoo Chun went to a prostitution house and forcibly abused the woman sexually inside a restroom. Aside from the submitted accounts, the alleged victim also gave her clothes and underwear to the police as evidences.

Park Yoo Chun's agency strongly denies the accusation and claimed that the woman is milking money and doing a blackmail. Meanwhile, investigation is ongoing based from the submitted evidences and CCTV footage. Park Yoo Chun is also being summoned for questioning.

UPDATE 1:

Through an official press release, C-Jes Entertainment states that the accusation is one-sided and founded upon false claims and that they won't tolerate such malicious blackmail that is damaging to the image of the artist. Lastly, C-Jes promises that they will cooperate with the investigation process to uncover the truth. The agency also reveals that they haven't formally received the official complaint from the police. C-Jes is requesting everyone to restrain from defaming Park Yoo Chun until the investigation is finished.
