2NE1 will finally heating up the stage of MBC’s music program ‘Music Core’ after a 2 year absence.

An official of YG Entertainment confirmed that 2NE1 will be appearing on the July 13 airing of ‘Music Core’ to perform their new song “Falling in Love.” This will be the first time in two years since the group performed “Ugly” back in 2011.

Since there used to be some rumours about YG Entertainment not being on the best of terms with either MBC or KBS, 2NE1’s appearance on MBC may implies that the relationship between YG and MBC has been resolved.
