Fitness challenges coming out of China never seem to be healthy. This latest one is no different. This time it doesn't require you to contort your body to reach any body part. You just need to hold up a sheet of A4 paper against your waist.
The test is to see if you're physically fit by paper size standards.
An A4 paper is 21 cm by 29.7 cm.
If you don't have much sticking out of it, then you are considered in good shape.
Hundreds of people are posting pics of themselves holding up A4 paper to their waist on Weibo.
It'll help you indicate your love handles.
