A comedy that makes you laugh out loud, which presents the writer Mike Klein after selling his pilot script “The Wexler Chronicles”, inspired by his own life, when he was struggling to deal with his brother’s suicide.
Beginning this new project he realizes that directing a movie is not something accessible for everyone…
The problems start from the casting session when he can’t choose his first choice for the leading actor and has to accept Zach, whose boy-next-door looks do not really match this role’s requirements.

Even his only real comfort that comes from his wife, Natalie, has practical concerns – knowing that if Mike’s pilot doesn’t get chosen, he’s out of a job – she’s pregnant with their second child.
But the troubles don’t stop there…..
