I'm Joslyn Davis in the studio with 411 on a new CW drama being described as the bachelor meets the Hunger Games. The title of the show is "The Selection" and is set to star some of Hollywood's top up and comers -- Aimee Teegarden of Friday Night Lights, Ethan Peck of 10 Things I Hate About You, and most recently we learned that Save the Last Dance Actor Sean Patrick Thomas. Aimee takes on the role of America Singer, one of 35 ladies selected to compete for the love of Prince Maxon, who will be played by Ethan Peck. Sean Patrick Thomas will play an advisor to the queen and an etiquette coach to the ladies in the competition. Can anyone say Cinna from the Hunger Games here? Fans are expressing tons of excitement over this show, and if the CW's track record is any indication, then this show is likely to be a huge hit. Keep in mind that back in the day, Twilight fans were very weary when learning of the network's plans to make "The Vampire Diaries," and now the show is a huge hit. So here's a question for Hunger Games fans -- do you have room in your heart for the Selection? Let us know by commenting below and don't forget to subscribe to ClevverTV on YouTube for updates on "The Selection" as new details emerge. I'm Joslyn Davis in Hollywood, thanks for joining us and we'll see you next time!
