AMC is on a roll now. Fresh off from announcing a spinoff show for Breaking Bad with "Better Call Saul", they are going to give fans of The Walking Dead a new perspective on the zombie infested world.
The spinoff is called "Spread the Dead", and will feature a fresh cast and storyline that's not associated with the Walking Dead comic books. It's set to premiere in 2015. Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd and David Alpert will executive produce with AMC Studios.
"We look forward to working with Robert, Gale and Dave again as we develop an entirely new story and cast of characters," AMC President Charlie Collier said in a statement. "It’s a big world and we can’t wait to give fans another unforgettable view of the zombie apocalypse."
