Michael Bay has decided to take a break from robots despite the massive success or Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and has hired writers to script a new movie which includes: Aliens.
Variety reports that Bay and Dreamworks have brought Smallville creators Alfred Gough and Miles Miller to script I Am Number Four, an adaptation of A Million Little Pieces, James Frey's new novel.
The film, due to be published later this year by HarperCollins, tells a tale of a group of aliens who disguised themselves as teenagers on Earth after escaping the destruction of their home planet. They soon discovered that those responsivle for their homeworld's destruction followed them and are hunting for them on Earth.
It doesn't sound too appealing but it's expected that Steven Spielberg will be the co-producer of the film, whether or not alongside Bay, we are yet to find out.
