Elizabeth Banks will be starring in Paul Haggis's The Next Three Days, playing the imprisoned woman who pleads not guilty to a murder charge. Russell Crowe stars alongside her, as her husband who desperately tries to vindicate her.
The suspense drama (which is scheduled for filming beginning next month) is a remake of the 2008 French thriller Pour Elle, which was written by Fred Cavaye.
