This new 3D printing development might just change the world. NASA is sinking a lot into 3D printing food, and they are starting with pizza. The project is aimed at evolving the future of food for both space and back here on Earth. It's not Star Trek's replicator, but it's probably just the beginning. Also, this could potentially end hunger around the world.
There's money to be made from a ton of advertising from Tumblr given its monstrous traffic. But of all the questions of whether or not Yahoo will screw up their $1.1 billion acquisition of Tumblr, the biggest question is: what will it do with Tumblr's porn?

The largest study of a potential AIDS vaccine has been shut down due to futility. Called HVTN-505, it begun in 2009 and enrolled 2,500 volunteers and the vaccination process doesn't actually involve any live or even deactivated HIV, instead it starts with one that includes genetic material that's modeled after the virus to prime the immune system.
