Here's French label Maison Martin Margiela giving us a sneak preview of its Muffa Vintage Treatment Sneaker, releasing it for its Fall Winter 2012 footwear collection.

You can pick up a pair of the Muffa Vintage Sneakers from oki-ni where they retail for £470 GBP (approximately $730 USD).
