If you're looking for a few bits of macaroni and cheese that uses actual cheese and milk, you can get your own fix by using a coffee mug and a microwave.
The techniqe: add a half cup of water and a third of a cup of pasta to a coffee mug and microwave on high for two minutes and stire. the water might overflow while heating so you might want to use a larger container for that. Repeat the two minutes on high and stir again.
Between the pasta absorbing the water and it overflowing the mug you shouldn't have more than a few drops left in the mug. After that, stir in a quarter cup of milk and a half cup of shredded cheese and stir thoroughly.
