Masafumi Nagasaki is seventy-six years old. He lives, naked, as a hermit on the hostile Japanese island of Sotobanari.
Nagasaki is said to have "worked briefly as a photographer," before
getting mixed up in "the murkier side of the entertainment industry."
Must have been one hell of a life if his only option to escape was to
spend the rest of his days on some deserted island.
So what's there to do when you're naked and alone on an island? According to Reuters, Nagasaki starts off each day by stretching in the sun, and travels an hour by boat once a week to buy food and drinking water (he puts on clothes for those trips). He also lives off money sent to him by his family.
