A fan of the royal couple paid thousands to nab these exclusive PEZ sweets dispensers in the likeness of Britain's Prince William and his fiancée Kate Middleton ahead of this month's royal wedding.
PEZ, the Austrian company whose candy dispensers are known around the world, had created the special pair in the likeness of the royal couple before putting it up for auction on ebay, although a spokeswoman has said "The figure of Prince William has a lot more hair than in real life." Cheeky!
The auction closed Sunday evening with an official winning bid of 8200 pounds (($13360). Proceeds from the sale will go towards the Starlight Children's Foundation, which cheers up seriously ill children and their families by granting wishes and organizing hospital events.
