Bankston was first arrested in 1981 for being a pedestrian under the influence. Since then, his frequent boozing kept him coming back. He's estimated to have spent a total of 347 days in jail in the last 10 years. Not sure if Bankston is going for some kind of record here, but he might want to get in touch with those guys at the Guinness Book of Records...
