iPad users can now rejoice at being given exclusive access to the new Project Magazine, a publication that strictly caters to iPad users.
In conjunction with the launch, Project will also be holding a competition to redesign the magazine's cover. Talented designers will be given the task to run around in search of four paper mannequins touring New York, San Francisco and London. They will then have to create dazzling new covers. So far, no monetary reward has been disclosed, but the winner will be given the opportunity to design the front cover of a crowdsourced issue slated for next year.
Modern philanthropy has moved on from building libraries and concert halls, wonderful as such artistic and community-enhancing projects are. Charitable giving is up, year over year, both among the general populace and in business donations, and it’s not hard to see why. Read more
