Indonesia has been voted a country with the 'highest smiling' rate, the Smiling Report 2009 revealed.

Smiling Report is a yearly survey conducted by Sweden's Mystery Shopping Providers that compiles customer service data from various industries worldwide.

Despite corrupted political system, hardcore poverty and relentless natural disasters across the country, Indonesia scored 98% total vote in the 'smiling' and 'greetings' category, making it the friendliest country among 66 surveyed countries.

Hong Kong, infamous for its individualistic and competitive nature of the citizens, surprisingly scored 98% votes in greetings rate too.

Meanwhile Pakistan and Morocco earned the least votes with 44% and 48% respectively.
