Here's a recipe for a delicious strawberry fruity that's not only tasty, but packed with fruity goodness.

1 medium-size or large, ripe banana

1 heaped cup fresh or frozen hulled strawberries

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

2 to 3 ice cubes

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve right away.

Variation: Almond or rice beverage may be substituted for the milk.

Yield: One 16-ounce or two 8-ounce servings.
