Meet Aram Grumet; he's the 4-year-old busy sucking on the tit of his  26-year-old mother Jamie Lynne. Lynne is reportedly still breastfeeding little Aram and his five-year-old brother, because she herself breastfed until age six.

Apparently, the cover is supposed to illustrate a feature package on attachment parenting, It's hard to imagine how the photoshoot was arranged so that Aram would stand on a chair and suck his mother's teat while gazing into the camera. We can only imagine the backlash once this cover hits every newsstand in America.
