Besides attending a royal wedding, only other place where it's appropriate to wear awesome hats would be at the Kentucky Derby race. For this year's 138th event, New York Magazine's Daily Intel crowned this woman for showing up with the most ridiculous hat.
For those of you wondering, this giant 'afro' is made almost entirely out of peacock feathers with some flowers and beading thrown in the mix. And judging by the wearer's expression, it looks like it weighs a tons as well.
