Apparently, the only way to be good at business is by having a "flexible" sense between right and wrong. And nobody's better at this than guys. According to the results of new research, if you're looking for honesty

The study involving a set of four experiments showed there's a bit of an "ethical gender gap" between men and women in business. In the
various study scenarios, men were more willing to do
things like lie about having a competing offer, and were
also comfortable making "false promises or misrepresenting relevant
information" (aka lying) when it was in their best interest. Hmm, maybe that's why they say "liar liar pants on fire" and not "liar liar skirt on fire."
As for why men are more prone to this sort of ethical maneuvering, it all comes down
to the fact that they'll do anything to keep their
masculinity from being threatened. So if they find themselves in such a
situation, they'll get more aggressive and
competitive and do whatever is necessary to win. The study's authors concluded that, "Males more readily justify moral
misconduct by minimizing its consequences or otherwise excusing it."
