Jess explains that her tics cause her to utter brilliant, hilarious and obscene phrases which include combinations of "fuck" and "biscuit". She’s even started collecting them on her website, which also includes fan-submitted illustrations of some of the more colorful phrases.
Jess has also since adopted a superhero alter ego she calls "Tourettes Hero," who attends speaking engagements and classroom visits to help
educate people about an often-misunderstood condition.
