How 30 Minutes a Day Can Increase Your Intelligence

It's easy to feel stuck when your spending most of the day either working only on the skills you use for your career or your daily life. One way to break out of this rut is to set aside 30 minutes a day to work on a new skill or to learn about a new subject you're interested in.
The process is pretty easy: just pick a skill or subject you want to learn, schedule in 30 minutes per day to work on it. Stick to this habit for a few months and check in to see how your progress is going. Before you know it, you'll be on your way to mastering something new!
