This simple yet ingenious technique comes courtesy of The Apron Strings blog (via The Kitchn). Not only does the sliced bell peppers and onion rings make for simple ring molds, they also impart wonderful flavor to the egg. And did we mention how gorgeous they'd look on a plate?

The ring molds are a variation of the classic egg-in-a-hole concoction where you cook an egg in the middle of a slice of bread. Basically all you have to do is put 1/2 inch slices of the onion or pepper into the lightly-oiled skillet and crack an egg into the middle.
