Nothing beats licking a tasty popsicle during warm weather, but the mess from the drips can get a little sticky.
Some like to use the wrapper as a guard to protect your hands from the melting sugary ice. For those who enjoy making their own frozen treats (which obviously don't come with a wrapper), just stick a standard paper cupcake liner around the base of the Popsicle stick to keep your hands, clothes, and floors clean.
