Redditor user null_value shares this simple yet ingenious way to dry shoes using a dryer. Anyone who's tried this knows it often results in that god-awful racket of shoes tumbling around.
A quick fix is to pull the shoe strings up over the outside of the dryer door with the shoes on the inside. Then close the door and the strings will hold the shoes in place so they don't tumble around. Take note that you should probably keep the dryer on a lower heat so it doesn't ruin the leather or plastic in your shoes.
